Job Description The Tufts Office of Sustainability is looking for people to help manage move out from a waste perspective. Move-out workers help with miscellaneous tasks such as signage as well as working move-out stations. This helps divert waste from the landfill and to donations for our fall move out sale or charitable organization, recycling, or compost. You can sign up for whatever shifts work for you. Please let us know what days work for you so that we can schedule you appropriately. We can provide late stay if you will be working for us after your move out date. After commencement, you will need to move to a different dorm but until then you can stay in your building. Primary Responsibilities - Working move out stations to help facilitate collection - Actively reach out to students to address any questions they may have - Tell students where to put donations - Sort through items for move out sale - Posting signs, dorm sweeps or any other small jobs that need to be completed
Job Requirements - Be able to lift 40 pounds - Friendly, willing to reach out and talk to people - Available after or during finals - Independent, would be comfortable running station

Compensation $11.00/hour
