Tufts Institute of the Environment (TIE) is seeking a graduate or undergraduate student to assist with administrative tasks for TIE’s programs during the fall semester. Duties include supporting the basic administrative functions of an office, such as: maintaining records and files, designing new record-keeping methods and tools, updating program participant databases, organizing event logistics, participating in program events, administering internal and external direct communications, and assisting with other tasks as needed. Required Skills & Qualifications: reliable, detail-oriented, proficient in Microsoft Word, Access and Excel, experience gathering data, interested in the environment. Preferred Skills & Qualifications – Knowledge of environmental programs at Tufts. Students from any Tufts program may apply, but students with work-study awards are given preference.
4.0 to 6.0 hours per week
$11.00/hour to $13.00/hour, Commensurate with education level and/or experience as well as ability to work independently
